Once In A Blue Moon Again

Tonight, New Years Eve will feature what is called a "Blue Moon". Generally known as a second full moon phase in a single month. The moon was full on December 3rd and it will be full again tonight december 31st. This phenomenum happens about every 2.7 years but this year is special as it happens on New Years Eve.
